Drill Down Filters

Drill-down filters enable you to study data at a granular level, uncovering hidden patterns and trends. Drilling down into single data points provides deeper understanding of factors driving your data. Drill-down filters increase data visualization by allowing you to focus on certain dimensions or properties. Please follow the instructions below to properly add a drill-down to any widget on your Infoboard.

  1. To add Drill Down filters, select the widget on the dashboard to which you require to add drill down.
  2. Navigate to and click on the Drill Down option in the Filter Configuration panel.
  3. Click on the Add Drill Level button to add a new drill down level.
  4. Let us change the axis value to Sales Channel to see the revenue contribution by sales channel.
  5. Let us also group by Order Priority, to further help you analyze the sales revenue over priority level.
  6. You can add up to 2 levels of drill down on a widget, provided you have the data in hierarchical order. l

Fixed Filters

Fixed filters are predefined filters that allow you to filter data based on specific condition/criteria on your visualization more efficiently. These filters are categorized as dimension filters and measure filters. Dimension filters allows you to narrow down the data to focus on categorical values, such as product categories, country, or city. Measure filters help you analyze data based on specific numerical values, such as sales revenue, quantity sold, or profit margin. Infoveave supports applying AND & OR conditions with measure filters to further refine your data analysis. These conditions allow you to combine multiple filter criteria to create complex filtering logic. Please follow the instructions below to properly add a fixed filters to any widget on your Infoboard.

  1. To add fixed filters, locate Fixed Filter and click on + Add Filter, which allows you to add dimension filters to the widget.

  2. Let us now configure a fixed dimension filter:

    • Select the desired dimension value (Sales Channel) from the available options.
    • Choose the condition as “are” to best suits the filtering requirement.
    • Enter the dimension filter condition to filter by. Let us select the filtering condition as Offline.
