Introduction to Infoboard Designer

Hello and welcome to the Infoveave Designer! This chapter covers key aspects of navigating and working with Infoveave Designer. You will start by understanding the dashboard interface, chart menus, and configuration and customization panels.

Infoboard Designer

Infoveave offers two types of Infoboard designer layouts, the Grid Layout and the Designer Layout. A grid-style dashboard is a layout design that organizes different widgets, into a grid-like structure. Each widget is placed in a separate grid cell, allowing for a clear and organized display of information. One of the key advantages of a grid-style dashboard is its flexibility in arranging and resizing widgets. You can easily customize the layout by dragging and dropping widgets into different grid cells or resizing them to prioritize the display of certain information. This flexibility allows you to tailor the dashboard to your specific needs and preferences, making it a versatile tool for data analysis and decision-making. On the other hand, the Designer Layout offers more flexibility and creativity in designing dashboards. This layout allows you to freely position and resize widgets on the canvas, allowing you to create custom layouts and designs. The Designer Layout is ideal for creating a more visually appealing dashboard design. Unlike the grid-style dashboard the designer dashboard does not support the auto arrangement of the widgets for different views/layouts.
