How to Schedule Workflow Automation?

Scheduling is an action to define the time at which a workflow automatically runs. Infoveave executes the workflow as per the scheduled time. You can schedule your workflow based on any day and time. To schedule a job in Infoveave, follow the below steps:

1. To schedule the workflow, navigate to Jobs under Automation module.
2. Click on Edit icon associated with the workflow you need to schedule.
   • you will be redirected to the workflow designer.

3. Click on the Schedule icon in the Job Setup panel.
4. Select the desired frequency for job execution:
   • Choose “Every” if you want to schedule the job after a fixed time interval, such as every 2 hours. Select the appropriate interval value between 1 and 23 hours or 1 and 59 minutes.
   • Choose “On” if you want to schedule the job only at specific times in a day, such as morning 10 AM and evening 6 PM. Select the desired hour value between 1 and 23 or minute value between 1 and 59.
   • Choose “At” if you want to schedule the job at a specific time, such as 6:30. Select the desired hour and minute from the drop-down lists.
   • Choose “Custom” if you want to schedule the job at a custom time.
5. Click on Add button to set the schedule for job execution.
6. Enter the schedule start and end dates to specify when the schedule will start and when it will end.
   • You have now successfully scheduled the workflow automation.

7. Click on Save to save the workflow schedule.
8. You have scheduled the workflow automation successfully.
